We stayed in a spacious and lovely twin/double room with a great central location close to many restaurants and key attractions.

Everything was nice and the staff was very friendly and extraordinarily friendly. The room we had included central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini bar fridge:)))

Samovodska Charshia district was worth staying in.

the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of town. We were able to easily explore the nearby fortress and enjoy the local restaurants. the staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the Monument to the Asen Dynasty. I especially appreciated the convenience of being able to buy sandwiches downstairs and having a small supermarket across the street. I highly recommend Arte Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Veliko Tarnovo!

Our room at ARTE Hotel Rooms & Apartments was amazing! It had everything we needed, like a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. It even had a fridge, so we could keep our vegan snacks fresh!

Personally, I could have done without the minibar. But hey, I get that some people might enjoy it!

As a senior woman, I was delighted with my recent stay at Arte Hotel Rooms & Apartments. The hotel's decoration was tasteful and modern, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the spacious and well-maintained common areas, which were accessible for senior guests like myself. The hotel's location on Crafts street added to its charm, and it was a delight to explore the beautiful surroundings.

If I had one small request for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be for the windows and French doors onto the balcony to have locks. As a safety-conscious traveler, I would have felt more at ease knowing that the balcony area was secure.

The water pressure in the shower was not stable and it took a while for the water to heat up. Also, there was a slight smell in the hotel that they tried to cover up with scent.
